1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional business advisory services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and documents provided by Bateman Collective remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your internal business purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your SOW. Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bateman Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. SMS Messaging Consent

When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting into this service, you can expect to receive appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and inquiry responses and follow-ups, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling, and service-related or administrative updates from Bateman Collective. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.

You can cancel this service at any time by texting STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

If you forget which keywords are supported, text HELP. We will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes, legal proceedings, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jacksonville, Florida.
